Chosen Sound: Improvised Guitar Play in a unique tuning

In this interview, David shares his journey of finding "it", something he was feeling in his body but couldn't yet express. He talks about folk music, breaking musical rules, and redefining his sound through unconventional guitar tunings.

Philipp and David explore how he makes a living as an artist through royalties and how he started finding jobs in L.A. through networking … which is the wrong word for him. He share what he feels "networking" should actually be. They discuss, if radically "new" music even exists and what innovation in music actually is. Lastly, David shares how he has 80 recorded songs and how "easy" it is for him to choose the right ones for his new album.
